In this 6-week class, students will learn the basics of handbuilding to create functional and sculptural ceramics. We will explore various methods of building forms and decorative techniques by introducing basic foundational skills such as pinching, slab building, and coiling. Students will complete various projects throughout the class, learning the bascis of clay materials and handbuilding. All materials provided and all abilities are welcome! For ages 13+up.
