Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment/registration

• Budget for supplies/inventory with Program Director (PD)

• Hire/train new staff with PD

• Maintain website, including ongoing updates of classes

• Interact/maintain ongoing community partnerships with PD and Board

• Oversee scholarships with Board

• Oversee sponsorships with Board

• Fundraising: auctions and money-raising events with Board

• Marketing: Ads, KSUT, flyers, Peachjar, Be Local, What's Up DGO, Canva, newsletters, bulletin board updates

• Day to day administrative responsibilities: General emails, calls, social media

• HR: lead/manage the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support for in classroom, handbook, IC contract, request background check, teacher financial questions

• Oversee and report on the organization’s results for the board of directors

• Grant writing with Board

• Operation relations: Charles Shaw, landlord; Kelly Sheldon, book keeper; Penny Fisher, taxes; Ben Firehauf, insurance

• Financial strategizing: Ensure services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives with Board

• Represent Seed Studio in community

Rate

• 10 hours/week at $30-$40/hour, depending on experience
