Heidi brings her passion for art to life as co-founder of Seed Studio. 

She has been drawing, painting and creating ever since she can remember. Born and raised in Colorado, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Fort Lewis College, where she studied studio art with a concentration in printmaking.

Heidi has been teaching art to students of all ages for the past 20 years.

Here she devotes her time and experience to encourage artists to succeed in the creative process.  She enjoys the creative challenge of making art from just about anything, loves working with the brilliant minds of children and is always excited to share her love of art with others.

 

In addition to Seed Studio, Heidi also teaches Art at Durango Montessori during the school year.

 

In her free time, Heidi enjoys creating art for herself, spending time with her awesome family, doing all things outside and the occasional good book.
